Madam Glam - Found the One
Good Monday Morning to you! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. Today I am rounding up my trio of posts featuring Madam Glam polishes. I saved my favorite one for last, Found the One.

Found the one is a dark vampy red polish with a jelly finish. The application was good, with the first coat applying a little uneven. Everything smoothed out after 2 and dried to a super glossy finish.

While not a traditional red I still think Found the One gives my nails a classic look. And I love how the red color comes out in the sunshine.

I tried out a little nail art and am pretty happy with the results. I just wish the studs I used matched the gold polish a little better.
For the stamping, I used Messy Mansion plate MM18 and Essie Good as Gold. The studs I picked up from Dollar Nail Art. Which if you haven't checked that site out I highly recommend that you do. You'll find a ton of nail art supplies, very reasonably priced. The only downfall is that there is a minimum purchase of $25.

Lovely color. Gives me that vampy red vibe!
ReplyDeleteOoomph! This is gorgeous on you, and the addition of the studs and stamping totally gives it a rich look!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful shade! I just love vampy red polishes!
ReplyDeleteA very classic shade indeed!
ReplyDeleteLovely shade and the nail art looks great on top of it.
ReplyDeleteI always love these type of polishes, and this one looks so juicy. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI love a good vampy jelly polish!
ReplyDeleteI firmly believe that you can never have enough vampy reds! This one is just gorgeous, and I love the nail art!
ReplyDeleteI love love LOVE the brown undertones in this polish! Those don't look the best on me, but I appreciate it when they look fab on other people, and it looks so good on you!!
ReplyDeleteThe bottle looks awesome and I loooove a good vampy polish especially one that looks so squishy! I love the decorations you used to spice it up even more!
ReplyDeleteLove vampy shades like this! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love the nail art that you did! Red and gold is such a great color combination!
ReplyDeleteOxbloods are fantastic and this is wonderfully vampy!
ReplyDeleteThe shade itself is beautiful, super classy and chic! But the nail art? Absolutely gorgeous, and super sexy!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous shade! I cannot have enough reds in my collection and this one is especially lush.
ReplyDeleteI love jellies although I must say I prefer brighter shades when it comes to reds. The combo with gold rocks though!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous vampy red!!!
ReplyDeleteThis looks so great together with the gold studs!
ReplyDeleteExactly! It's such a pretty shade.
ReplyDeleteAwe thank you! I was a little worried when I first got it because it looked so brown in the bottle, but boy is it gorgeous on the nail.
ReplyDeleteThanks you. I used to be afraid of dark vampy polishes because i thought they would make my nails look shorter, but now I love them.
ReplyDeleteNow I just need to find the perfect true red and I'm all set. =)
ReplyDeleteThank you =)
ReplyDeleteAwe thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis one is beautiful isnt it.
ReplyDeleteAwe thanks! I never would have worn a color like this 2 years ago because I thought it made my nails look short. Boy was I missing out!
ReplyDeleteAwe thank you. When I first got the bottle it looked very brown and I was a little worried that I'd gotten a strange rust color. Thankfully it was just the lighting or something.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Yes this one looks very squishy and it's just gorgeous. I really want to wear it again, but I feel like I should give some brighter colors some love for the summer.
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what I thought, and thankfully it doesnt look Christmassy.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I was able to try this one, its just gorgeous and I love it!
ReplyDeleteAw thanks =) I'm going to try this look again, but with different studs but I need to give some neon polishes a little love first. haha
ReplyDeleteI think a red nail is just timeless and classic. I love the look of it. Sadly most of my reds sit in the helmer unloved. I'm going to need to change that.
ReplyDeleteI think a true classic red is just timeless and looks great. 2 years ago I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a dark vampy shade like this. I thought it would make my nails looks short and stubby. I'm really glad I gave this color a shot because I loved how it looks and my nails didn't seem short or stubby at all. =)
ReplyDeleteThanks =)
ReplyDeleteThis color looks fabulous on you! I love the design with the studs and stamping too!
ReplyDeleteThank you! =)
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice rich burgundy!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa. I absolutely loved wearing this. =)
ReplyDeleteWe are so glad you liked it! :) Thanks for the post
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity. =)
ReplyDeleteThat brand has such an interesting bottle. Does it have a long brush? I love the gold studs with the vampy red.
ReplyDeleteId say the brush was pretty average. I didn't notice that it seemed longer than your typical brush when using it. I did compare it to a few other crushes quick and it's pretty close to the same size as a Julep brush and 1/4 inch shorter than China Glaze if that helps.
